The 4th International Conference on Artificial Intelligence and Logistics Engineering (ICAILE2024) will be held on April 16–17, 2024, in Guiyang, China. The ICAILE2024 aims to bring together leading academic scientists, researchers, and research scholars to exchange and share their experiences and research results on all aspects of artificial intelligence and logistics engineering. It also provides a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners, and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns, as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of artificial intelligence and logistics engineering.

Prospective authors are encouraged to submit a full paper for review by Feburary 23, 2024, in Word or PDF format. Papers will be accepted based on peer review and should contain original, high-quality work. Claims and results should be substantive enough to be further developed as quality work. All papers must be written in English. The length of the standard paper submitted is 9–10 pages, including figures and references. An extra page fee will be paid for the number of pages exceeding 10 pages, while the maximum length is 15 pages(Paper Word Templates), including figures and references.

Dr. Irina Dovbischuk holds an associate professorship in International Business and Supply Chain Management at the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University since July 2023. She is a Canada Research Chair Tier II nominee. Previously, she served as a full professor in logistics management at IU International University of Applied Sciences (Germany). Since 2014, she has been acting as the co-founder and managing director of the Asian-German Knowledge Network for Transport and Logistics e.V. (Germany). Additionally, she has been a visiting professor at two Ukrainian universities for several years: Uman National University of Horticulture and National Economic University named after V. Hetman. From April 2015 until March 2016, she held an interim professorship in Business Administration, Maritime Business, and Logistics at the University of Bremen (Germany), where she earned her Ph.D. with the distinction summa cum laude in June 2014.

Dr. Meng Wang

Professor, Executive Vice Dean of School of Logistics at Wuhan Technology and Business University, Special Researcher at China Society of Logistics, Executive Director of Logistics Engineering Committee of Hubei Mechanical Engineering Society, and the Leader of Hubei Province Excellent Young-Middle-aged Science and Technology Innovation Team.

Research Interests: smart logistics and logistics resource matching. Published 5 books including "Smart Logistics Equipment and Applications" and "Smart Logistics Information Technology and Applications", and over 20 papers. Won 3 scientific and technological progress awards, 3 teaching achievement awards of provincial level, and 5 excellent achievement awards from the CLS.

Guiyang (/ɡweɪˈjæŋ/; simplified Chinese: 贵阳; traditional Chinese: 貴陽; pinyin: Guìyáng; Mandarin pronunciation: [kwêɪ.jǎŋ]), historically rendered as Kweiyang, is the capital of Guizhou province of the People's Republic of China. It is located in the center of the province, situated on the east of the Yunnan–Guizhou Plateau, and on the north bank of the Nanming River, a branch of the Wu River. The city has an elevation of about 1,100 meters (3,600 ft). It has an area of 8,034 square kilometers (3,102 sq mi). At the 2020 census, its population was 5,987,018, out of whom 4,506,134 lived in the six urban districts.

A city with humid subtropical climate, Guiyang is surrounded by mountains and forest. The area, inhabited since at least the Spring and Autumn period, formally became the capital of the surrounding province in 1413, during the Yuan dynasty. The city is home to a large Miao and Bouyei ethnic minority population. Guiyang has a diversified economy, traditionally a center for aluminum production, phosphate mining, and optical instrument manufacturing. Following reforms, the majority of the city's economic output in the services sector. Since 2015, it has seen targeted investments into big data and quickly emerged as a local innovation hub.

Guiyang is one of the top 500 science cities in the world by scientific research outputs, as tracked by the Nature Index. The city is also home to Guizhou University, a national research university under the Project 211 and under the Double First Class Status in certain disciplines.
